Diversity Council

At Anheuser-Busch, a key to our continued success is drawing on the unique perspectives and experiences of our employees.

The Anheuser-Busch Diversity Council, comprised of people in leadership positions throughout the business, is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our programs to recruit and retain employees with diverse backgrounds. The council’s role is to continually break down barriers, promote a culture of equal employment opportunity and foster a culture of inclusion.
