Kevin Finger

Kevin FingerKevin Finger joined Anheuser-Busch in 1980 as an Operator in Williamsburg. Over the last 27 years, Kevin has worked in packaging and shipping at Anheuser-Busch's breweries in Williamsburg and Ft. Collins. In 2000, he served as senior assistant plant manager for the Anheuser-Busch brewery in St. Louis and Newark. In 2003, he was named plant manager for the Fairfield brewery. Kevin is an active member of the Fairfield community serving on the boards of the Fairfield-Suisun Chamber of Commerce, Solano Economic Development Corporation and Sutter Solano Charitable Foundation. Born in Illinois and raised in Philadelphia and Virginia, Kevin received his bachelor's degree from William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. He is married with one child and enjoys reading, skiing, boating and travel.


Resident Brewmaster
Michael Poley

Michael PoleyMichael Poley joined Anheuser-Busch in 1982 as a brewing supervisor at the Los Angeles brewery. He also has worked in the Corporate and International Brewing departments. As a member of International Brewing, Michael worked and lived in many different countries. In 1990, Michael moved to Cartersville, Ga., to start up the newest brewery in the Anheuser Busch system. He began as the assistant brewmaster in charge of the fermenting and lagering areas. In 1996, he was named the resident brewmaster of the Cartersville brewery. In 2003, Michael was named resident brewmaster of the Fairfield brewery and is currently leading the brewery through several modernization projects. Michael is a graduate of the University of California-Davis and holds a bachelor’s degree in food science. He served as president of the Southwestern Master Brewer Association from 1981-1983 and is currently a member of the Master Brewery Association of America and the American Society of Brewing Chemists. Poley and his wife Stephanie have two children. He enjoys sailing, cycling, skiing, woodworking and cooking with beer.
