Brian J. McNelis

Brian J. McNelisBrian McNelis started his career with Anheuser-Busch 28 years ago at the Williamsburg brewery. McNelis held various management positions in the Williamsburg, Los Angeles and Baldwinsville breweries as well as an international assignment for Anheuser-Busch in Ireland and five years at the company’s corporate headquarters in St. Louis. McNelis served as Plant Manager for the Baldwinsville brewery for five years prior to being named Senior Plant Manager for the Williamsburg brewery in 2002.

McNelis grew up in Virginia, since the age of seven, after living in Maryland, Pennsylvania and France. He received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va., in 1978.

McNelis and his wife Lynn have three sons, Brian, Scott and Ted. He enjoys family, working out, tennis, boating, reading, music and sports.


Resident Brewmaster
Daniel L. Driskill

Daniel L. DriskillDan Driskill began his career with Anheuser-Busch in 1979 at the Williamsburg brewery. Driskill has held various managerial positions within the Brewing Department in the Williamsburg, St. Louis, Cartersville and Houston breweries. He served as Senior Brewmaster at the Houston brewery for three years prior to being named the Senior Brewmaster for the Williamsburg brewery in 1997.

Driskill was born in Roanoke, Virginia and grew up in the Richmond area. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Virginia Tech in 1977.

Driskill and his wife Vivian have two daughters, Jessica and Kristina. He enjoys golf, water sports and fine dining.
